Booking Details & Logistics
Capacity
Cuvée accommodates 1 to 5 guests. Magnum Cuvée accommodates 6 to 14 guests.
Deposit required
A $100.00 deposit, plus taxes and fees, is required at booking to secure your tour date.
Tasting fees and food
Tasting fees and food costs are not included in hourly pricing.
Optional picnic lunch
The CDWT picnic lunch may be added to the Cuvée Hourly Experience for $25 per person.
Magnum lunch inclusion
The Magnum Experience includes the CDWT lunch within the $125 per person package pricing.
Gratuity
Gratuity is entirely at your discretion. If you wish to show appreciation to your Touring Specialist at the end of the day, gratuities may be given in cash or through your driver’s Venmo.
Pick-Up & Travel
Portland Pick-Up Restrictions
Due to licensing restrictions, Cellar Door Wine Tours is unable to provide pick-up or drop-off service within Portland city limits.
Convenient Alternative
For guests staying in Portland, we are happy to coordinate a convenient starting and ending location just outside the city limits.
Travel Fee Notice
For pick-up locations outside our standard service area, an additional travel fee may apply based on distance and total drive time.
