Booking Details & Logistics
Guest Count:
The Custom Crush Experience is available for up to 6 guests.
Booking Deposit:
A $100.00 deposit, plus taxes and fees, per touring day we require at booking to secure your date(s).
Tasting & Food Costs:
Tasting fees and food options are not included in tour pricing.
Picnic Lunch Add-On:
The CDWT Picnic Lunch you may add for $25 per person.
Gratuity:
Gratuity is at your discretion. If you would like to show appreciation to your Touring Specialist at the end of the day, gratuities may be offered in cash or through your driver’s Venmo.
Portland Pick-Up Policy:
We are not permitted to offer pick-up or drop-off within the city limits of Portland.
Pick-Up & Travel
Portland Pick-Up Restrictions:
Due to licensing restrictions, Cellar Door Wine Tours is unable to provide pick-up or drop-off service within Portland city limits.
Convenient Alternative:
For guests staying in Portland, we are happy to coordinate a convenient starting and ending location just outside the city limits.
Personalized Planning:
Guests are encouraged to contact us directly so we can help arrange the smoothest transportation option for the day.
Travel Fee Notice:
For pick-up locations outside our standard service area, an additional travel fee may apply based on distance and total drive time.
