Magnum Experience Pricing

7 to 14 guests – $105.00/per person

PICKUP POLICY: Our pickup radius is within 25 miles of Newberg OR, (See Newberg Map Here) but does not include the Portland Metro or Downtown areas due to licensing restrictions. We can pick your group up at most suburban cities outside the Portland city limits at an agreed upon location.

Any pickups outside the 25-mile radius of Newberg, Oregon, such as the cities of Corvallis, Depoe Bay, Lincoln City, Neskowin, and Pacific City, as examples, will be charged an additional travel fee, and we ask that you call us to inquire about these costs before booking your tour with us.

Travel fees are based on mileage and time spent driving to and from these locations and are subject to change.

What’s Included:

• All Magnum Experiences are private and available for 7 to 14 people that know each other
• You’ll visit 3 locations giving you a complete picture of what this incredible valley has to offer. (4th location can be added for an extra charge on your touring day)
• We typically pick you up at your local between 10:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. and will return you at the end of the day between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
• Tours that arrive back at the drop-off location after 5:30 p.m., due to additional stops being added, will be charged an hourly rate at $125.00 per hour
• Each guest is responsible for paying their own tasting fees at each location
• Typically tasting fee pricing for groups 8 or less are between $25.00 to $50.00 at each location
• For groups of 9 or more people, expect to pay higher average tasting fees per person at each location. We will discuss these options with you to keep pricing as reasonable as possible
• Pick-up and Drop-off service either at your home or lodging location within our 25-mile radius* (extra charges apply outside this area)
• We will make all appointments and set your day’s itinerary and logistically work out all the details
• Hydration is important. We’ll have plenty of bottled water available

• Important Notice 1: Facility touring and/or wine tasting fees are NOT included in wine tour price (You can usually waive these fees at many locations with minimum purchases)
• Important Notice 2: Gratuity is not included in the pricing. We leave it to your discretion and do appreciate any added tips you leave based on the service and education you receive throughout your day. Cash is preferred, but we can add it to a final credit card purchase if necessary
• Important Notice 3: Cellar Door Wine Tours requires a credit card and $50.00 deposit at the time of booking for all wine tours, hourly driving services and custom driving services
• Important Notice 4: Tour deposits become non-refundable two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled wine tour(s). If a booking is made within 14 days of the date(s), the deposit is automatically non-refundable
