Pick-Up Radius

Our standard pickup radius is within 25 miles of Newberg, Oregon, serving the core of Willamette Valley wine country.

Due to licensing restrictions, we do not offer pick-up within the city of Portland, including Downtown Portland and the greater Portland Metro area.

We are happy to coordinate a convenient meeting location just outside Portland city limits. Guests staying in Portland are encouraged to contact us directly so we can assist in arranging the most seamless pick-up option.

Pick-Up Restrictions & Travel Fees

Travel Outside Standard Radius

Pickups outside the 25-mile radius may be accommodated for an additional travel fee, based on mileage and total drive time.

This may include:

  • Areas east of Portland International Airport, including Troutdale, Happy Valley, Gresham, and Estacada

  • Areas south, west, and east of Salem, including Silverton, Monmouth, Independence, Dallas, Corvallis, Depoe Bay, Lincoln City, Neskowin, Pacific City, and Newport

Tasting Fees

Tasting fees and any additional winery experiences, including cave tours, vineyard walks, or upgraded tastings, are not included in tour pricing and are the responsibility of the guest.

Some wineries may require advance reservations or deposits. These costs are also the responsibility of the guest unless otherwise stated in writing.

By booking a tour with Cellar Door Wine Tours, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you want next level polish (recommended):

I can also create:

  • A short “summary strip” version for your booking page (high conversion)

  • A “friendly version” for Experience pages (less legal, more welcoming)

Those three layers together (legal + friendly + quick summary) = best-in-class UX + fewer booking objections.

Thank you for reading our Cellar Door Wine Tours Terms and Conditions.
