Booking Details & Logistics
Group size
The Magnum Experience is designed for private groups of up to 14 guests.
Deposit required
A $50 deposit, plus taxes and fees, per touring day is required at booking to secure your date.
Tasting fees and food
Tasting fees and food options are not included in the $110 per person Magnum Experience pricing.
Lunch inclusion
The $125 per person Magnum Experience package includes the CDWT lunch in the tour pricing.
Gratuity
Gratuity is entirely at your discretion. If you wish to show appreciation to your Touring Specialist at the end of the day, gratuities are accepted in cash or through your driver’s Venmo.
Portland pick-up restrictions
We are not permitted to offer pick-up within the city limits of Portland.
Pick-Up & Travel Details
Due to licensing restrictions, Cellar Door Wine Tours is not permitted to provide pick-up or drop-off service within the Portland city limits.
We are happy to coordinate a convenient starting and ending location just outside the city limits for guests staying in Portland.
Guests are encouraged to contact us directly so we can assist in arranging the most seamless transportation option for your day.
For guests staying outside our standard service area, pick-up may include an additional travel fee based on distance and total drive time.
