Pick-Up & Travel Details
Our standard pick-up area covers the heart of Willamette Valley wine country, within 25 miles of Newberg, Oregon.
Due to licensing restrictions, we are not permitted to offer pick-up within the city of Portland, including Downtown Portland and the greater Portland Metro area.
The good news is it’s very easy to meet us just outside the city. Most guests simply take an Uber or Lyft to a nearby meeting location, and we’ll take it from there.
For guests staying outside our standard service area, pick-up may include an additional travel fee based on distance and total drive time.
This may include areas such as:
East of Portland International Airport — Troutdale, Happy Valley, Gresham, Estacada
South, west, and east of Salem — Silverton, Monmouth, Independence, Dallas, Corvallis
Coastal destinations — Depoe Bay, Lincoln City, Neskowin, Pacific City, Newport
If you’re unsure what applies to your location, reach out to Helen or Mark anytime. We’re happy to help coordinate the easiest and most seamless plan.
