Booking Details & Logistics
- The Custom Crush Experience is available for 2 to 6 guests
- A $50 deposit, plus taxes and fees, per touring day is required at booking to secure your date(s)
- Tasting fees and food options are not included in tour pricing
- The CDWT Picnic Lunch may be added for $20 per person
- Gratuity is at your discretion. If you would like to show appreciation to your Touring Specialist at the end of the day, gratuities may be offered in cash or through your driver’s Venmo
- We are not permitted to offer pick-up within the city limits of Portland
Pick-Up & Travel
Due to licensing restrictions, Cellar Door Wine Tours is not permitted to provide pick-up or drop-off services within the Portland city limits.
We are happy to coordinate a convenient starting and ending location just outside the city limits for guests staying in Portland.
Guests are encouraged to contact us directly so we can assist in arranging the most seamless transportation option for your day.
For guests staying outside our standard service area, pick-up may include an additional travel fee based on distance and total drive time.
