Whether you’re celebrating a special event or just enjoying the scenery, we’ll give you a comprehensive tour of three handpicked wineries on this private Oregon wine tour.
On your private Willamette Valley wine tour, we’ll take you to three carefully chosen wineries, each offering a unique look into the region’s rich wine culture. You’ll get to enjoy tastings, which typically cost between $25 and $50 per person. Sometimes, these tasting fees can be waived if you decide to buy a bottle of wine.

Want to make your Willamette Valley wine tour truly unforgettable? You can add on special experiences like cave tastings, vineyard walks, private winery tours, or a lunch with wine pairings. These exclusive options are available for an extra charge, ranging from $50 to $250 per person, and may require a deposit to reserve.
Typical Tour Logistics and Details
- Pick-up: Typically between 10:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.
- Return: Between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
- Extended Tours: If your tour exceeds 7 hours, an additional fee of $90 per hour (billed in ¼-hour increments) will apply.
- Outside of Newberg, Oregon: For pick-up and drop-off locations outside a 20-mile radius, additional driving charges will apply based on time and distance.

Food and Beverage Options on Your Willamette Valley Tour
You’re welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks on your tour. Keep in mind that all restaurant and food-related costs are your responsibility. We do, however, provide a cooler of water for all our guests.
Unless you have the “Lunch Included” option with your tour, lunch is not part of your package. Here are several lunch/food options for your Willamette Valley wine tour:
1. Food To-Go Option for Your Private Tour
We can order lunches from a local restaurant for pick-up and enjoy a picnic at your second tasting stop of the day, which allows outside food. Please note that this option is not included in the tour price. All Food To-Go Option lunches cost are the responsibility of the touring guest.

2. On-Site Food at the Winery
We can confirm that your second tasting venue will offer food options, such as cheese and charcuterie boards or small items available for purchase.
3. Dine-In Restaurant Options
If you prefer to dine at a restaurant, please let us know. We will provide a list of restaurant options based on the location of your second tasting. Please note that if you choose this option, it will count as one of your three tasting locations for the day.
4. Paired Wine/Food Option (Subject to Availability)
Lunch tasting that includes a full lunch with up to 5 courses, each paired with wines. The typical cost ranges from $125 to $250 per person.
Please let us know your lunch/food preferences so we can ensure your lunchtime experience is enjoyable.
We provide a cooler of water for the day for our guests included in the pricing. You may bring your own non-alcoholic beverages if you want something besides water. Open containers of any type of alcoholic beverages are not permitted at any time in the vehicle or on the premises of any of the winery locations we visit.
Important Notice 1:
Facility touring and/or wine tasting fees are NOT included in wine tour price. Guests can usually waive these fees with minimum purchases.
Important Notice 2:
Gratuity is not included in the pricing. We leave it to your discretion and do appreciate any added tips you leave based on the service and education you receive throughout your day. Cash or Venmo is preferred, but we can add it to a final credit card purchase if necessary.
Important Notice 3:
Cellar Door Wine Tours requires a credit card and $50.00 deposit at the time of booking for all wine tours, hourly driving services and custom driving services.
Important Notice 4:
Tour deposits become non-refundable two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled wine tour(s). If a booking is made within 14 days of the date(s), the deposit is automatically non-refundable but will be moved to a future date if you rebook with us.
Important Notice 5:
All wineries and tasting rooms accept credit cards as payment for tasting fees and wine purchases. Gratuity for full service and food items in tasting rooms is customary for employees at 15% to 20% based on the total tasting fee price. Tipping on retail purchases is not necessary.
