Our base price starts at $550.00 for 1 to 2 people. Custom Crush Wine Tours are limited to 6 people.

This exclusive, private wine tour is designed for groups of 2 to 6 people, offering a personalized, intimate way to explore Oregon’s renowned wine region. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply soaking in the breathtaking scenery, our tour provides a comprehensive, curated visit to three handpicked wineries in the valley.

On this private wine tour, your group will visit 3 carefully selected vineyards and wineries in the Willamette Valley, each offering a unique perspective on the region’s rich wine culture. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in tastings, each ranging between $25 and $50 per person (with the option to waive tasting fees with a wine purchase).

Add-On Experiences for a Truly Exclusive Tour

Enhance your experience with exclusive add-ons, including cave tastings, vineyard walks, private winery tours, and lunch/food pairings. These unique experiences are available based on availability, with prices ranging from $50 to $250 per person, and may require an advance deposit or purchase.

Tour Logistics and Details

• Pick-up: Typically between 10:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m.
• Return: Between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
• Extended Tours: If your tour exceeds 7 hours, an additional fee of $90 per hour (billed in ¼-hour increments) will apply.
• Outside of Newberg, Oregon: For pick-up and drop-off locations outside a 20-mile radius, additional driving charges will apply based on time and distance.

What’s Included in the Custom Crush Experience

FOOD AND BEVERAGES: You’re welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. All restaurant and other food-related costs are also at guests own expense.

For lunch you can let us know your preference in what you would like to do, and we will schedule the appropriate locations that either offer a food choice or will allow us to bring in outside food. Options you have are as follows and all are not included in the driving price. These are an additional cost to you:

• Pack your own food, and eat it at the second stop of the day as long as the tasting location allows outside food
• Schedule a location that has Cheese and Charcuterie boards or a small bites menu available
• Order food in advance from a selected restaurant, and we’ll pick it up for you to enjoy at a stop that allows outside food
• Choose from our Cellar Door Wine Tour Lunch Menu for $25 each. We’ll have it ready in advance for a picnic at a stop that allows outside food (the best option if you’re not looking for an elevated tasting experience)
• Book a “Wine-Paired Lunch,” if available, or we help you find one from the ones we know about. Approximate cost starts at $150.00 per person and can go up from there.

TASTING FEES: All guests are responsible for covering their own tasting fees and any purchases at each location visited.

FINAL BILLING: A deposit of $50.00 plus taxes/fees is required at the time of booking to secure your tour date. This deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before the event. If you cancel within 14 days of the tour date, the deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance will be charged in person by your driver at the end of the service each day.

GRATUITY: Gratuity for the driver is at your discretion. We kindly request that gratuities be given in cash (preferred) or via your tour guide’s Venmo at the end of the service. If necessary, we can add the gratuity to your credit card with prior notice.

PICKUP POLICY: Our pick-up radius is within 20 miles of Newberg, OR (See Newberg Map Here) and does not include the Portland Metro or Downtown areas due to licensing restrictions. We can pick up your group at most suburban cities outside the Portland city limits at an agreed-upon location.

Pick-ups outside the 20-mile radius, such as Corvallis, Depoe Bay, Lincoln City, Neskowin, Salem and Pacific City, will incur an additional travel fee. Please contact us for specific costs before booking your tour.

Travel fees are based on mileage and driving time and may be subject to change.

• Important Notice 1: Facility touring and/or wine tasting fees are NOT included in wine tour price (You can usually waive these fees at many locations with minimum purchases)
• Important Notice 2: Gratuity is not included in the pricing. We leave it to your discretion and do appreciate any added tips you leave based on the service and education you receive throughout your day. Cash or Venmo is preferred, but we can add it to a final credit card purchase if necessary
• Important Notice 3: Cellar Door Wine Tours requires a credit card and $50.00 deposit at the time of booking for all wine tours, hourly driving services and custom driving services
• Important Notice 4: Tour deposits become non-refundable two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled wine tour(s). If a booking is made within 14 days of the date(s), the deposit is automatically non-refundable but will be moved to a future date if you rebook with us
• Important Notice 5: All wineries and tasting rooms accept credit cards as payment for tasting fees and wine purchases. Gratuity for full service and food items in tasting rooms is customary for employees at 15% to 20% based on the total tasting fee price. Tipping on retail purchases is not necessary
